The Systems Integration Analyst - Technology and Project Management position is expected to bring value at the operational and technical level to both Century and our customers. The SIA has an extensive knowledge of the supply chain operations and IT solutions provided by Century Distribution Systems. The SIA is directly involved in the on-going support of customers and deals directly with our customers on new tasks, projects, modules, and key deliverables offered to enhance a customer's overall supply chain. This position is a front line in Century's efforts to establish a superior reputation for customer service and for VMS®.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be able to communicate and liaise between operations teams and internal technical teams.
• Candidate will need to create projects, tasks, or Statements of Work (SOWs) to meet customer requirements.
• Candidate will be responsible for creating specs for new reports, new interfaces, and system development.
• Candidate should be familiar with SQL and have technical exposure/understanding of interface maps (EDI/XML).
• Candidate should be able to prioritize tasks and handle unique customer situations and requests.
• May need to assist the customer with operational issues or questions when needed.
• This position will be part of a small team responsible delivering solutions to customers.
• Candidate must be a self-motivated and well organized with strong attention to detail.
• Candidate should exhibit strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate should possess good oral, written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Direct communication with customers (phone/email) is necessary.
• Candidate should be available to visit clients (where necessary).

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• Experience in a customer service role preferred
• Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel and Outlook, SQL)
• Some project management experience is preferred
• General knowledge of freight forwarding / shipping terms preferred
