Position Overview:
As a Tool & Die Maker, you'll be responsible for the full build of dies from blueprint to completion. You'll work hands-on with tool room machinery, create and modify tooling, and ensure every part meets exacting standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Die Building Expertise: Read blueprints and use measuring tools to construct or modify dies and tooling for new and existing job prints.
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate all tool room machinery to create form tools, taps, drills, and holders.
- Work Quality & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve work-related issues, recommend process improvements, and collaborate on solutions to boost efficiency and quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members and leadership to meet tooling deadlines and production goals while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED with formal training in tool & die or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of tool room experience in progressive die building or possession of a Journeyman Card.
- In-depth knowledge of die-making processes and experience in all phases of tool builds.
- Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills.
- Ability to operate and maintain a wide range of tool room equipment.
